Carlson & Stewart Refrigeration is a design‑build contractor specializing in commercial and industrial refrigeration systems across the Upper Midwest. We provide 24/7 emergency service and preventative maintenance to maximize our clients’ system performance. • Service, repair, and install commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify system issues and complete repairs.
• Handle refrigerants in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Travel for jobs as needed (per diem + hotel provided).
• Participate in an on‑call rotation.
• Use EMS software to access customer control systems remotely.
• Utilize mobile devices to log work orders, hours, and diagnostics.
• Navigate dispatching software, email, and online resources.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all customer locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent (trade school or technical college preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of HVAC or refrigeration experience.
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work on feet for extended periods.
• Strong communication and technology skills.
