We are seeking a skilled and dependable Industrial Maintenance Technician to support operations across a variety of manufacturing and industrial facilities in the Sioux Falls area. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical and electrical skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to safety and equipment reliability.

Pay Range: $30-$35 per hour (based on experience and certifications)

Hours:

6am-4:30pm (M-Fr)

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Respond to equipment breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
• Collaborate with production teams to improve equipment performance
• Assist with installation and commissioning of new machinery

Work Environment:

• Indoor industrial and manufacturing settings
• Fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures
• Use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment required

Skills:

• 35 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot PLCs is a plus
• Welding and fabrication experience a bonus
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

This is a Permanent position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $76960.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Hourly Salary is $32 - $35 per hour with annual performance-based reviews.
