• Machine Operator

• Understanding of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques
• Ability to safely operate construction equipment and hand tools
• Knowledge of worksite safety practices and OSHA regulations
• Physical stamina, strength, and ability to work in diverse weather conditions
• Attention to detail and commitment to high quality standards
• Teamwork, reliability, and strong communication skills
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Leadership and organizational skills (for supervisory/foreman roles)
• Experience reading and following project specifications or blueprints
• Previous experience in construction or concrete work
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Experience operating heavy equipment (for machine operator roles)
• Supervisory or crew leadership experience (for foreman roles)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
