• Build and maintain scalable, event‑driven microservices for Payroll & Tax using .NET Core and AWS
• Integrate intelligent features using AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Git Hub Copilot, etc.)
• Lead the creation of modular APIs with thoughtful observability and robust CI/CD
• Work across the stack with modern tools like React, Vue, Postgre
  
  SQL, and DynamoDB
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Kubernetes
• Champion developer productivity by embedding AI in the development lifecycle
• Contribute to code reviews, architectural decisions, and cross‑functional collaboration

• Backend: .NET Core, Web API, C#
• Frontend:
  React, Vue.js
• Cloud: AWS (Lambda, ECS, Dynamo
  
  DB, S3), Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform
• Data: SQL Server, Postgre
  
  SQL, DynamoDB
• Dev Ops:
  Git Hub Actions, CI/CD pipelines
• AI/ML:
  Git Hub Copilot, OpenAI API, Claude, Lang Chain

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of professional software development experience
• AWS experience (Lambda, SDKs, CLI)
• Strong SQL and No
  
  SQL database skills
• Exposure to or interest in using AI tools to improve coding efficiency
• Experience in SaaS, especially HCM or compliance platforms, is a plus
• Experience working in Cloud Native Environments

• Working knowledge of AI tooling or frameworks
• AI‑enhanced CI/CD or testing pipeline experience
• Experience modernizing legacy systems into microservices
• AWS Associate or higher certification

The base range for this role is $120,000–$140,000 depending upon level of experience. This role offers a comprehensive benefit package.
