We are looking for a dedicated and safety‑focused CDL Truck Driver to join our Automated Fuels Delivery team. This full‑time role is based in the Sioux Falls, SD or Luverne, MN area, delivering refined fuels and gas to CHS customer locations.

- Ensure accurate and timely pick‑ups and deliveries in a safe, timely, and professional manner. Assist with loading or unloading as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service. Greet customers promptly and courteously. Promptly handle all customer concerns and elevate to leadership if required.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including pre‑trip and post‑trip reporting, proper load securement and hours of service.
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicle(s) inside and out and work environment.
- Complete and document daily maintenance inspections. Ensure proper equipment maintenance is completed including repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, training, personal protective equipment procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
- Report all incidents (bodily or property), accidents and traffic violations immediately to supervisor.
- Enroll in and complete CHS random drug and alcohol testing program and the Continuous Monitoring.
- Assist operational staff and perform other duties as needed or assigned. May include intercompany related driving.
- 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Procurement and/or Transportation and Logistics.
- Must meet minimum age requirement.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English and understand highway traffic signs and signals.
- Class A or B CDL with Hazmat, Tanker and Air Brake endorsements.
- Must meet DOT and Company requirements.
- Ability to work additional hours and occasional Saturdays to meet business demands.
- Bulk liquid experience preferred.
- Pre‑employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines. If required, selected candidates must pass pre‑employment screenings to include drug, criminal, motor vehicle check, physical requirements, and FMCSA Clearinghouse.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 80 lbs, walk, stand, sit, bend, and kneel.
CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending on the position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors including experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, and minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
