CDM Smith is seeking an experienced estimator to prepare design/build, engineer, construction management, GMP, and hard-bid estimates/proposals. The role analyzes quotations before bid day and evaluates subcontractor bids for scope, delivery, and spec compliance.
You will develop subcontractor/vendor scopes, assign take-offs, and coordinate with corporate estimating while guiding junior staff in estimating software use. Travel up to 40% may be required in this varied role.
