RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Responsible for seeing patients with mental health, substance abuse, social challenges, etc.
• Manageable caseload of 6-7 patients per 8-hour day
• Flexible work week: 4 x 10 or 5 x 8 - you choose the day you want off!
• No weekends or call schedule

• Must be a licensed social worker
• Comfortable in a community health environment
