What you will be doing:Are you passionate about community health and ready to make a difference? Public Health Nurses (PHNs) play a vital role in promoting wellness and protecting Alaska communities, such as:
Health screenings and preventive care
Infectious disease monitoring and treatment
Community health assessments and improvement initiatives
In this role, you’ll bring expert-level care, contribute to quality improvement efforts, and travel periodically to outlying communities to deliver care where it’s needed most.
