Join us for a rewarding contract as an experienced Registered Nurse Case Manager in Sitka, Alaska. This role offers a chance to work in an outpatient clinic setting where you will manage a diverse patient caseload, perform comprehensive assessments, and develop personalized care plans. You’ll be the go-to professional for patient education, medication administration, and care coordination, supporting individuals and families across the continuum of outpatient care.
