The Linen Attendant ensures an adequate quantity of linen is maintained on board the vessels by restocking and delivering clean linen to all parts of the organization.

• Unloading clean linen onto shelves in the clean linen room.
• Matching counts of items received to items sent on invoice.
• Restocking and delivering clean linen to vessels after receiving linen orders.
• Keeping the main linen room clean and orderly.
• Restocking linen periodically (Juneau facility).
• Occasionally washing, drying, and sorting linen in a self-service laundry facility.
• Conducting a complete count of linen after the season.
• Storing clean linen after the end of the season in vacuum-sealed bags.
• Showing a strong customer service mindset and warm hospitality when interacting with all guests and crew.
• Maintaining awareness of basic safety rules, workplace safety, and respect for the environment.
• Completing special projects as assigned by the business.

• High School diploma or equivalent GED.
• Ability to interpret and follow rules, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to maintain composure with courteous and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience at multitasking and remaining flexible in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Valid US driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must pass a security background check and DOT drug test.
