Location: This role will be remote in the continental US, Alaska, or Hawaii but must be able to operate within continental U.S. time zones
Salary Range: $85,000–$100,000

The Trevor Project is the leading suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for LGBTQ+ young people. Our mission is powered by people, and we’re looking for a Manager, Benefits & Compensation to help operationalize the programs and practices that ensure our employees feel invested in, cared for, and equipped to do their best work.

Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, the Manager, Benefits & Compensation will play a key hands-on role in administering Trevor’s benefits, compensation, recognition, and leave programs—translating our Total Rewards strategy into an employee experience that is accessible, equitable, and reflective of our mission and values. This individual will support a fully remote workforce comprised of union and non-union staff and employees supporting Trevor’s 24/7 crisis services, while also serving as a back-up resource to the Senior Payroll Manager as needed.
