In-House Attorney – Corporate Counsel (Litigation)
Epic is hiring an In-House Attorney located on our Madison, WI campus. Relocation is required and fully reimbursed.
ResponsibilitiesSupport Epic’s growth by negotiating multi‑million dollar license and service agreements with healthcare organizations worldwide, forging vendor and industry collaborations, ensuring compliance with U.S. and international legal frameworks, and managing litigation. Responsibilities will evolve rapidly as expertise expands.
Qualifications- Strong academic and professional background in law.
- Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
- Flexibility and tenacity in solving complex legal and business challenges.
- Motivation to learn about topics including intellectual property, privacy, general corporate matters, employment issues, vendor relationships, and regulatory risk management.
- COVID‑19 vaccination required.
