A premier Alaska cruise line is looking for a Chief Mate to oversee navigation and deck operations on their seasonal catamaran in Sitka, Alaska. You will be responsible for the overall safety and seaworthiness of the ship, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supervising the deck crew. The ideal candidate must possess a Merchant Mariner Credential with Master’s endorsement and demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills.
This role requires physical stamina and a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
