As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you'll play a vital role in developing and delivering evidence-based education for nurses and clinical staff across our organization. You'll influence patient care outcomes by ensuring clinicians are prepared, confident, and equipped with the latest knowledge and best practices.

Develop and deliver engaging clinical education programs
Teach in both classroom and virtual learning environments
Create and evaluate educational content and competency programs
Support staff onboarding, orientation, and professional development
Ensure training aligns with CMS, DNV, and regulatory standards
Collaborate with leaders and clinical teams to advance quality and patient safety initiatives
Travel occasionally throughout Southeast Alaska to support clinical education needs

• Current Alaska RN License (or ability to obtain)
• Minimum of 5 years of acute care nursing experience
• BLS Instructor Certification
• Instructor certification in at least two of the following:
• ACLS
  PALS
  TNCC
  NRP
  ENPC
  BLSO
• Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and professional development
