Pay Range: $41.66 - $58.69/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive patient assessments and care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and documentation.
• Uphold evidence-based nursing practices, patient safety, and infection control protocols.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in all patient interactions.

Key Requirements and Technology

Experience:

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Previous clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices, patient safety, and infection control.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred.
