CZ in Sittard zoekt een klantenservice medewerker voor 32 uur per week tot en met oktober 2026. Je behandelt inkomende telefoontjes en e-mails over bevestigde akkoordverklaringen, geeft duidelijkheid, en werkt mee aan de verwerking van berichten.
Je werkt in een team met specialistische kennis en krijgt een zorgvuldige inwerkperiode, met gedeeltelijk thuiswerken mogelijk. Je hebt minimaal mbo-4 diploma, ervaring in klantenservice is een plus, en je communiceert vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
