Een zorginstantie in Limburg zoekt een Ambulant Medewerker voor Intensieve Thuisbehandeling. Je begeleidt jongeren met lichte verstandelijke beperkingen en complexe problematiek in hun thuissituatie. Dit betreft een functie voor 24 tot 32 uur per week met flexibele werktijden. Je biedt ondersteuning aan gezinnen en werkt zelfstandig binnen het behandelplan. Een SKJ-registratie is vereist. Je ontvangt een salaris conform CAO Gehandicaptenzorg en goede arbeidsvoorwaarden.
