Baandomein zoekt een betrokken Jeugdzorgwerker residentie voor Landgraaf, 28 uur per week met ruimte voor extra uren in de Flex. Je begeleidt kinderen en jongeren van 8 tot 18 jaar met MATIGE verstandelijke beperking in een stabiele, voorspelbare omgeving.
Je werkt vanuit een hecht team, bouwt aan structuur, veiligheid en zelfredzaamheid, sluit aan bij netwerk van ouders en scholen en verzorgt zorgplannen in samenspraak met collega's.
