Our client, a well-established regional house builder with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality residential developments across the South East, is looking to appoint an experienced No.2 Site Manager for a new development in Sittingbourne, Kent.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business on a flagship scheme consisting of 135 traditionally built private residential units.

The Role

Working closely with the Project Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the development, helping to ensure homes are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the management of subcontractors on site

Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained at all times

Monitoring build quality and programme targets

Coordinating trades and site logistics

Conducting inspections and ensuring NHBC standards are met

Supporting with customer care and snagging processes

Maintaining accurate site records and reporting progress

Requirements

Previous experience working for a house builder on residential developments

Traditional build experience is essential

Strong organisational and communication skills

SMSTS or SSSTS

CSCS Card

First Aid at Work certification

Ability to work effectively within a site management team
