Drive sales performance through effective pipeline management, coaching, and customer engagement strategies. Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all customer touchpoints. Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics, response times, and service quality. Handle escalated customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently. Analyse sales and service data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
