ALP Schools provide continuity in learning for pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans. We require a premises manager to work across our Kent based schools and their associated off‑site facilities. The aim of the role is to ensure compliant, safe schools that are aesthetically pleasing for learners and support their special educational needs.

We are looking for a Premises Manager who will support our vision. They will be responsible for all aspects of site management connected to three schools; this includes compliance, security, cleanliness, monitoring contracts/contractors, routine maintenance and refurbishment, minor repairs and carrying out pre‑planned maintenance programmes.

The post holder will be required to work flexible hours between these schools.
