Salary £26,319 – £28,004 FTE – SAT C
Pro Rata £22,738 – £24,194
37 hours per week, Term Time Only + 5 SDD (39 weeks)

We are looking for a Pastoral Support Manager to work in our well‑established Inclusion team at The North School.

• Providing pastoral support to our students in the Inclusion team.
• Delivering interventions to individual students and small groups.
• Supporting students in making good choices regarding behaviour and learning.
• Ensuring safeguarding procedures are implemented daily.
• Communicating with staff members, external agencies and parents.
• Keeping high‑quality accurate records, including intervention logs and inclusion database.
• Providing support within the school environment, including some mainstream lessons.
• Supporting students in completing projects such as publishing a school magazine, enterprise projects and school trips.
