About the Role

We are continually looking for passionate, reliable and committed Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our pool of education staff across Medway and Maidstone.

As an LSA, you will support students within mainstream or specialist school settings, helping them to access learning, build confidence and achieve their full potential.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy making a positive difference in young people's lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing one-to-one or small-group support
• Assisting pupils with learning activities and classroom tasks
• Supporting children with SEN, behavioural needs or learning difficulties
• Helping to create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment
• Working collaboratively with teachers and other school staff

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based or transferable)
• A supportive, empathetic and patient approach
• Good communication and organisation skills
• Flexibility and willingness to work across different school settings
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
