GSL Education Kent are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Geography Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Swale from September 2026
. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Geography Teacher or a confident Early Career Teacher to become part of a successful Humanities department committed to delivering engaging lessons and inspiring students to achieve their full potential.

The successful Geography Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach Key Stage 5 depending on experience. You will encourage students to develop their geographical knowledge, critical thinking, and awareness of global issues through creative and interactive learning experiences.

The ideal Geography Teacher will have:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching Geography across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience is desirable)
  • Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Geography
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
  • The ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that challenge and inspire learners
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive, professional, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
