Site Engineering Director – Overview

Location:

Sittingbourne, Kent. Salary: above market salary + bonus + car allowance. Shift: days.

A unique opportunity for an ambitious Engineering Director to step into a high‑impact Site Leadership role, reporting to the General Manager and shaping the future of engineering performance within a complex, fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

You will lead the Engineering function, define and deliver a forward‑thinking site‑wide strategy, and drive world‑class standards across maintenance, asset reliability, electrical and automation safety, and supplier partnerships, with high‑level responsibility for OPEX.

With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you’ll champion Root Cause Failure Analysis, embed best practice, and build a high‑performing team culture, all with the clear objective of reducing unplanned downtime and maximising asset performance.

• Worked in an Industrial Manufacturing Environment
• Engineering Qualification
