Are you a Design Engineer with experience in product improvement, looking to join a leading UK manufacturer? We offer on‑the‑job training, career progression, and a supportive environment. In this varied position you will lead technical projects, improve existing products, drive reliability and performance, conduct root‑cause analysis of product and quality issues, and collaborate cross‑functionally with production, quality, suppliers and technical support to implement improvements.

This role is ideal for a technical engineer seeking specialist training and long‑term career growth.

• Lead improvements to existing product lines
• Conduct root cause analysis of product and quality issues
• Work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–5 pm

• Design Engineer with background in product improvement
• Background in quality/testing
• Engineering degree or equivalent
• Able to commute to Sittingbourne
