Description: Our UK Tax advisory service line advises a broad sectoral mix of SME clients, with a focus on corporate and private client advice. As part of our UK South expansion, we are looking to appoint a new Partner to our leadership team, based in Kent on a hybrid basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on complex corporate and personal tax matters;
• Building, developing and managing client relationships with existing, new and prospective organisations;
• Monitoring WIP reports and liaising with Xeinadin partners and wider leadership team on driving efficiencies across the UK;
• Managing and leading the tax team based in Kent, training, delegation of work and collaborating with regional tax teams across UK North and South.

Key Requirements: ACA/ ACCA/ CTA qualified Director/ Partner, with strategic capability and experience growing a tax team. Strategically orientated with a commercial mindset and operationally astute.
