  • £12.21 per hour + enhanced weekend rate

The Role – What You’ll Be Doing

As a Care Worker, you’ll provide person‑centred support in people’s homes, helping them live independently and with dignity.

Your Duties May Include:

  • Supporting with personal care (washing, dressing, showering)
  • Helping with meals, eating and drinking
  • Supporting social and physical activities
  • Booking and accompanying service users to appointments
  • Completing clear and accurate care notes
  • Building trusted, consistent relationships with service users

Sometimes, you may be the only person a service user sees that day — your role genuinely matters.

You don’t need previous care experience — just the right values and attitude.

We’re looking for people who:

  • Are kind, patient and compassionate
  • Can work independently and use their initiative
  • Have good communication and listening skills
  • Can follow policies and procedures
  • Are comfortable completing written care records
  • Have a smartphone for work‑related apps
Hours That Work Around You

We offer as many or as few hours as you want, based around our care delivery times:

  • Early mornings
  • Evenings
  • Bedtime calls
  • Weekends

We have:

  • Full‑time rounds available
  • Part‑time weekday and weekend rounds
