Memorial Medical Centre, The Grovehurst Surgery, The Medic Care Surgery, The Chestnuts Surgery, Green Porch Medical Centre, The Meads Medical Practice.
You will need to be able to drive and have access to a vehicle for this role, as it involves community and home visits. The role includes providing regulated activity with adults, so employment is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
