Support Worker, Home Care

In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client. When you'll work:

This is not a domiciliary care role. You will be part of a specialist team delivering one-to-one support to clients with complex needs, including spinal injuries, brain injuries, epilepsy, neurological conditions, and learning disabilities supporting clients in their own homes with:
Personal care Medication administration Moving and handling Managing clinical equipment Shopping Providing short-term and ongoing cover within existing care packages, and supporting new packages when needed When you'll work:
