Hill McGlynn Recruitment is partnering with a rapidly growing M&E subcontractor to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team delivering high-quality mechanical projects across London and the South East.

Location: Sittingbourne, with travel to client sites across London and the South East.

Salary: £60,000-£65,000 + Benefits

As Mechanical Project Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of small to medium‑sized mechanical projects ranging in value from £1,500 to £250,000. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining strong client relationships.

• Manage multiple mechanical projects simultaneously from inception to completion
• Oversee planning, scheduling, procurement, and coordination of site activities
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company procedures
• Liaise directly with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress, cost control, and quality assurance
• Prepare progress reports and manage documentation

• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent mechanical projects
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical building services
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to lead projects independently and maintain positive client relationships
• Full UK driving licence

• Salary £60,000-£65,000
