A regional consortium is seeking an Independent Non-Executive Director to guide its growth and support strategic initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO and Chair, shape the delivery of new strategies, and support governance and financial resilience. Candidates should possess strengths in technology, commercial strategy, finance, and community leadership. The commitment is up to 20 days per year, with meetings held in person in London and remote engagement for subcommittees.

Remuneration is £5,000 per annum plus expenses.
