Group Management Accountant

The Role Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will:
Lead and develop the Management Accounts team Deliver accurate and timely monthly management accounts Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, fixed assets, WIP and stock Support year-end and audit processes Provide commercial insight to support decision-making Drive process improvements and systems enhancements About You Essential: CIMA / ACCA Qualified Strong management accounting experience Team leadership or supervisory background Confident communicator with stakeholders Ideal:
