Excellent facilitation, training and presentation skills and knowledge of the application of blended learning methodologies
CIPD, Learning & Development level 5 or above qualification or relevant demonstrable experience
Experience of working in a highly regulated organisation and with CQS, local authority and Health & Safety training compliance requirements
Amazing organisational skills, ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines and manage competing demands
Exceptionally comfortable and confident with change, ability to work effectively in an agile way and proven experience of supporting others to do the same
Total focus on delivering a customer centred service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills across a variety of media that engage the audience
Ambition to get things right first time with a focus on sustainable solutions
Exceptional interpersonal, stakeholder management, influencing and relationship building skills
S trong understanding of implementing learning frameworks and protocols to support compliance
Strong people management experience, commitment to delivering excellence through others and nurturing a collaborative one team working approach. See below management indicators:
Ability and commitment to travel frequently and regularly to all Southern Housing locations including the Isle of White.
