Hours:

Monday–Friday, 06:00–14:00 during training, then weekly rotating shifts (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00) About the Role We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join our team on a busy fruit farm, working specifically within the Hotmix (hot mixer) department . This role is essential to our production process, ensuring fruit mixtures are correctly heated, processed, and prepared to high standards.

You will be responsible for operating and monitoring the hot mixer (large industrial oven) , ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency at all times. You will be working alongside two other team members who will load the mixer. After training, you will also be expected to support with loading tasks.

Key Responsibilities Operating and monitoring the Hotmix machinery throughout production runs Working closely with your team to ensure smooth and safe operation Assisting with loading the hot mixer once training is complete Recording production data and following quality procedures Ensuring a clean, safe, and compliant working environment Reporting any issues or faults to supervisors
