The roleAs an Assembly Worker, you'll use a range of techniques and hand tools to help manufacture specialist products. This is a permanent role working Monday to Thursday with a flexible working arrangement. Full training is provided due to the varied nature of the products.
What you’ll be doing- Working with hand tools
- Electronics tasks
- Drilling
- Gluing
- Painting
- Sewing
- Assembling components to set standards
- Supporting wider production tasks as required
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role
- Confident using hand tools (professionally or personally)
- Practical aptitude
- Ability to learn new skills
- Good team worker
- Reliable and punctual
- Permanent Monday‑Thursday work pattern
- Flexible working arrangement
- 20 days holiday + public holidays + 3‑4 extra days at Christmas
