IPL Sittingbourne is seeking a dedicated Yard Operative to join our onsite team in Sittingbourne. The role focuses on safe, accurate and efficient yard duties within a busy FMCG environment, with a 4 on 4 off night schedule (7pm–7am) and permanent contract.
You will handle waste management, co-ordinate with disposal services, and ensure strict health, safety and quality standards are met while supporting despatch and goods-in processes.
