Sirius Recruitment Services Ltd is working with a market-leading Kent fabrication client to appoint a Foreman over the Sheet Metal Department in Sittingbourne.
Location:
Sittingbourne, Kent; permanent role; salary £40,000 - £46,000 DOE; hours 06:00–14:15, Monday to Friday.
Reporting to Production Manager, you will supervise operatives, plan workloads, read drawings, oversee fabrication processes, ensure quality and safety, and drive efficiency with Lean techniques.
