Production Operatives

The Best Connection are recruiting Production Operatives and Automation Operatives for a busy manufacturing site in Sittingbourne.

This is a full-time opportunity offering weekly pay, ongoing work and long-term prospects within a clean and organised manufacturing environment.

• Working on automated production lines
• Monitoring machinery and production processes
• Assembling plastic components and manufactured parts
• Packing products according to instructions and specifications
• Carrying out quality checks and identifying defects
• Reporting faults and production issues
• Recording production output where required
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working at a designated workstation throughout the shift

Rotating:

• Week 1: 07:00-15:00 (Monday-Friday)
• Week 2: 15:00-23:00 (Monday-Friday)

OR

Fixed Nights:

• 23:00-07:00 (Monday-Friday)
• 37.5 paid hours per week
