HCRG Care Group is seeking a Band 6 Team Sister/Charge Nurse to lead a community nursing team in Sittingbourne. You will manage a defined caseload, provide clinical leadership, and coordinate care with GPs and social care teams to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centred services.
You will hold current NMC registration, teaching qualifications, and at least 3 years' nursing experience, with strong IT, safeguarding and governance knowledge. Driving licence required.
