Quality Control Manager, Kent

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (39 hours per week)

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 DOE

Role & Responsibilities

Implementation and adherence to all company and factory control procedures to ensure compliance with all HSEQ requirements
Manage and support the development of the QC team
Carry out root cause investigations using problem‑solving tools
Drive continuous improvements to enhance quality

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or laboratory‑based quality role.
Strong understanding of inspection, testing, and quality control methodologies including ISO 9001 and working with certified products
Strong communicator and decision maker
Excellent attention to detail with strong communication and reporting skills.

Desirable

Internal auditing experience
Plastics experience
