Van Sales Manager

We are seeking a talented Van Sales Manager to join our client's busy dealership in Sittingbourne, Kent. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to lead and develop a dedicated team while driving the performance of the used vehicle department.

Duties of the Van Sales Manager:

Manage a team of three Used Sales Executives to achieve sales targets
Oversee the used vehicle forecourt and stock management
Purchase used vehicles and maintain optimal inventory levels
Drive used vehicle sales and meet finance targets
Maximise profitability within the used department
Focus on achieving a monthly target of 25 units sold
Ensure the department operates smoothly and efficiently

Requirements of the Van Sales Manager:

Proven track record as a Sales Manager within the motor trade, with at least three years' experience
Experience managing a sales team is essential
Commercial vehicle experience is advantageous but not essential, product training will be provided
Strong leadership and organisational skills as the Van Sales Manager
Ability to drive sales performance and utilise effective sales strategies
Full UK driving licence
