Gas Engineer - Private

Sureserve Compliance South, part of the Sureserve Group, delivers heating services within the social housing sector across London & the South East. We support our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. We are London’s largest, most successful gas contractor, focusing on long-term contracts with our clients to offer our staff job security and progression opportunities.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Gas Engineer to join our growing Private team; the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Carrying out day-to-day repairs in private customers homes
• Fault finding
• Completing annual servicing visits
• Meeting first-time fix targets
• Maintaining high-quality standards
• Focusing on customer satisfaction
• Attending jobs on time, notifying the contact centre/customer of any delays

• Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications
• Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
• Minimum 2 years working as a qualified gas engineer
• Experience with in the private sector essential
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service
• Extensive technical knowledge of all types of boilers and heating systems
