£25,867 - £26,103 pa (pro rata, 22.5 hours per week) + excellent benefits

OverviewWaythrough was formed in 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship, creating one of the largest mental health and social support charities in England. Each year we support around 125,000 people through nearly 200 services, relying on more than 3,500 staff and volunteers.
We provide support to people facing challenges around mental health, substance use, housing or domestic abuse and we are looking for someone to help improve our data quality and train staff.
QualificationsYou have demonstrable experience of using and working with data systems and providing training or support to others. A perfect fit will be eager to put these skills to use in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities- Receive extensive initial training on our recording systems and procedures.
- Assist new and existing staff with correct data entry and record‑keeping procedures.
- Conduct data cleansing and reporting to enhance data quality.
- Liaise with the Data Manager and Data Team to address staff queries.
- Provide ongoing support to staff wherever needed.
An enhanced DBS disclosure will be required for this post.
