Tip Top Job in Sittingbourne is seeking an Outreach Recovery Worker to support adults 18+ facing drugs and/or alcohol issues. You will deliver psychosocial interventions within an integrated care framework, using harm reduction and abstinence-based approaches tailored to individual goals.
You will manage a diverse caseload, conduct assessments, develop SMART care plans, complete risk assessments, and deliver one-to-one and group sessions.
