Role overview
A.F. Blakemore & Son Ltd are a privately owned company and one of the largest convenience retailers in the UK, currently servicing circa. 1,000 Spar convenience stores and employing more than 5000 people with a turnover in excess of £1 billion.
Key Offerings- £17.44 per hour
- Additional shifts paid at £20.97 per hour
- Early start allowance of £1.75 per hour before 6am
Job Role Includes
- Multi-drop – between 5 and 10 deliveries.
- Roll cage deliveries of food to retailers and garage forecourts using refrigerated vehicles and tail-lifts.
- Collection of empty roll cages and store waste/returns.
- Some hand-ball deliveries are required.
- Majority of start times are between 0300 and 0600.
- 6 day operation.
- Shift Pattern – 4 days out of 6, Monday to Saturday.
