We are currently seeking a Forklift Driver to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis, offering the opportunity for a permanent position for the right candidate.
MUST DRIVE DUE TO LOCATION
Must have a valid external Counterbalance Forklift Licence
Location:
Sittingbourne ME9 8
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Hours:
Monday to Friday – 07:00 AM – 15:00 PM
Occasional flexibility may be required to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating a counterbalance forklift for approximately 85% of the role
Working outdoors in a busy yard environment
Moving pallets around the yard and loading/unloading vehicles and warehouse areas
Using a computer to print labels and produce dispatch paperwork
Assisting with general yard duties when required
Ensuring all forklift operations are carried out safely and efficiently
✅ Requirements:
Valid external Counterbalance Forklift Licence
Must drive – site is not accessible by public transport
Computer literate and confident using basic warehouse systems
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Flexible and willing to assist with yard duties as required
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
