Warehouse Operative – IPL Sittingbourne

Position located at IPL Sittingbourne packing facility. Permanent contract with 4‑on‑4‑off, 7am‑7pm schedule.

• Provide accurate and prompt picking, packing and dispatch of depot warehouse goods, ensuring health and safety standards are upheld.
• Receive and check incoming stock following company goods‑in procedures, properly labeling and placing products in the warehouse.
• Complete all relevant paperwork for goods in, goods out and picking, and ensure waste is disposed of safely in line with processes.
• Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) trucks, conduct daily safety checks and adhere to warehouse guidelines.

• Previous experience in a fast‑paced warehouse, manufacturing, pack house or produce environment.
• Forklift licence and understanding of warehouse/store processes, with manual handling training.
• Ability to work under pressure, strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
