We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse and supply chain operation in Kent.

This role is ideal for someone with strong warehouse experience, excellent attention to detail, and a valid forklift licence who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for the safe movement, storage and distribution of materials and products, while maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operating reach trucks, counterbalance forklifts, stackers and electric pallet trucks
  • Receiving and booking in deliveries from suppliers
  • Loading, unloading and moving stock safely within the warehouse
  • Picking, packing and distributing materials to internal customers
  • Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory transactions within the ERP system
  • Conducting routine cycle counts and supporting stock audits
  • Supporting goods-in, goods-out and dispatch activities
  • Ensuring all warehouse activities are completed in line with safety and quality standards
  • Working closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Warehouse teams to ensure materials are available when required.
What We're Looking For
  • Valid licences and practical experience operating:

    Reach Truck
  • Counterbalance Forklift
  • Stacker Truck
  • Electric Pallet Truck
  • Previous warehouse, logistics or stores experience
  • Experience using ERP, warehouse management or inventory systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage stock transactions and inventory records
  • Good communication skills and a team-focused approach
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Experience with in pharmaceutical, manufacturing or regulated environments
  • Understanding of inventory control and stock management processes
  • Experience supporting shipping and distribution activities.
