We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse team with immediate starts available . Available Shifts Twilight

Shift: 12:00pm start Inbound

Shift: Afternoon/Evening start (shift times confirmed at interview) Night

Shift: 11:00pm start Shift lengths are typically 810 hours , however all shifts are until finish , so flexibility is essential.

The Role As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring parcels are sorted, processed, and dispatched accurately and on time within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Your responsibilities will include:
Sorting and organising parcels quickly and accurately. Scanning parcels using handheld scanners. Loading and unloading trailers and delivery vehicles. Moving parcels throughout the warehouse to the correct locations. Ensuring parcels are labelled and prepared for dispatch. Identifying damaged parcels and reporting them in line with company procedures. Working efficiently as part of a team to meet daily productivity targets. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.

Following all health and safety procedures at all times. What We're Looking For Previous warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial but not essential full training is provided. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Comfortable working in a physically demanding role, including lifting parcels of varying sizes and weights. Good attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player. Flexible to work until the operation has finished each day. Own transport or a reliable way to travel to the RH10 site is preferred due to shift times.
